Introducing Organic Tea-Infused Chocolate Terrazzo Tiles

Tea is a way of life in UK. Following Portuguese princess Catherine’s introduction of tea in 1660 AD, this wonderful beverage eventually became the nation’s favorite. Ultimately, tea had the honour of being the national beverage in England. With no doubt, tea provided the refreshment, stimulation, relaxation and good health for Brits to build up a massive empire. By the way, As Tea and Coffee Trade Journal had reported, Organic tea company, Teatulia, has partnered with Brik Chocolate to develop a new line of organic tea-infused chocolate terrazzo tiles and tasting experiences.

Only natural ingredients have been utilized as colourings, including spirulina and activated charcoal, both are known for their detoxifying properties.

Teatulia sources its own organic tea from Tetulia garden, Northern Bangladesh, from where the reputed company gets its name. This tea garden is the biggest employer in one of the poorest regions in the world. It pays its workers good wages and provides them with healthcare and education.

Tea and chocolate tasting boxes, that launch this week, include three bars of Brik choco, three pouches of Teatulia loose leaf tea and an infuser. The boxes can be purchased alone, or with a virtual tea and choco pairing workshop.

Teatulia will also stock Brik Drinking Chocolate, a zero-waste initiative which sees choco offcuts repurposed for the drink.
