This concept is geared around state-of-the-art kitchen, each service provider has created a custom, designed-to-travel menu only for delivery and pick-up orders. Crave Hospitality Group announced the grand opening of this first location on Nov. 17, 2020.

Crave hospitality group worked with each partner, including Percolate tea, to decide and install appropriate equipment for each concept. A conveyor belt runs down the center of the complex, allowing for maximum efficiency. Therefore a finished order can move from the kitchen to the Crave expediters, who collect, double check, complete and deploy orders for delivery or pick-up for each service provider.

Percolate Tea opened their first store in Los Angeles to serve perfectly chewy bubble tea with freshly brewed tea and healthy ingredients. At the West Los Angeles store, they created a delicious combination of freshly whisked matcha and fruit puree. According to this tea firm, the beverage was a hit. The company opened another location on Melrose in the Fairfax District.

Tea service sector (tea serving places) seems emerging in North America while loose tea sellers like Davids Tea are running their operation at a loss. Even Teavana outlets were closed few year ago. But Teavana brewed tea is still serving at Starbucks outlet. So tea serving business is something that North American Tea passionates should keep under the radar.
