Since the world’s major tea plantations were established in Sri Lanka (Ceylon) and India in the early 1900s, Dubai has been a key international gateway for the trade. Its strategic location midway between the tea producers and tea consumers was a natural advantage. In 2013, the total volume of tea traded through Dubai increased to 129 thousand tonnes (US$ 463 million)

Tea has got the least amount of caffeine compared to Coffee. In addition to this, there are a plenty of health benefits that can be attributed to the consistent consumption of tea.

Every pound (1LB) of finished tea is the result of 2,000 tea leaves. Each leaf is painstakingly hand-picked, dried, and rolled into the finished product – a process that’s been refined to extract maximum benefit from the drink.
