Webinar on Tea Growing: Challenges from the Field

Tea is the most popular beverage in the world after water. But still education plays a vital role when it comes to tea marketing. It’s a medium / long term process. Other beverage industries like Coffee, wine etc are way in-front of tea when it comes to education. As eventbrite had reported, Tea & Herbal Association of Canada had organized a webinar on Tea Growing: Challenges from the Field. Details are as below,

About This Event

Date: Wednesday, February 10 (12 – 1 pm ET: Canada)

Speaker: Annabel Kalmar, Agronomist and CEO of Tea Rebellion

Tea enthusiasts love their cuppa. Yet they often forget that tea is an agricultural, perennial crop whose quality is influenced by soil, water, sun, altitude, and the availability of nutrients. On top of that there is plant husbandry (looking after the plant) and of course post harvest processing. All these things come together in the craftsmanship of tea masters and tea growers. In this Webinar on tea growing Annabel will cover what all tea connoisseurs should know about the day to day challenges of tea cultivation.

Tea is grown in every continent on earth (Except in Antarctica). So I am quite certain that tea lovers around the world would love to join this online event to gain a sound knowledge on “Tea Growing Challenges”. After this session, you’ll also love to sip more and more single origin tea.
